Cathay Pacific adopted e-Learning early, and we continuously incorporate new technology and methods by which to deliver training. Through our corporate Learning Management System (LMS), Flight Crew, Cabin Crew and Engineers can access learning modules online via our Intranet.

Our LMS is a Web-based, online management system that deploys, launches and tracks e-Learning content and manages users, enrollment, and learning records.

Flight Crew

Cathay Pacific’s Flight Crew can complete their annual technical quiz online via the corporate LMS. This enables pilots to complete their quiz from anywhere, see the results immediately and access any of the online resources and associated references.

Cabin Crew

Cabin Crew can access a number of safety related topics online from anywhere, anytime.

Engineers

Cathay Pacific Engineers can access their Recurrent Training programs from anywhere, anytime. This allows them to complete the required modules and tests without travelling to Hong Kong.
