Human Factors Training

Human Factors training forms an important part of the Cathay Pacific Airways training plan and is viewed as a positive contributor to increasing flight safety and operational efficiency.

Human Factors training takes place at Cathay City, located at the Hong Kong International Airport. The training includes role-playing, team-building, leadership and practical exercises.

Training is supported by trained and experienced Facilitators.
