Mock Up

An Airbus mock up, a B747 double deck mock up and door trainers are available for crew to practice handling emergency situations. Smoke, fire, decompression and evacuation situations can be simulated. Slides are available for training on evacuation techniques. These high level training devices provide a realistic environment for crew to practice in.

Fire Trainer

A fire trainer is available using the latest technology. A computer controlled fire training simulator detects the correct use of the extinguisher and the fire reacts accordingly, extinguishing when the correct technique is used.

Smoke Training Room

Smoke is a critical factor in emergencies as people are unable to breathe properly and exits are not easily visible. To train crew to deal with this situation, a room simulating an aircraft cabin is available. Participants can practice moving in a smoke filled environment using PBE (protective breathing equipment).
